How it works
You describe your property in 7 questions. You’ll instantly receive the market rent range, by bedroom, based on observed prices. The figure is weighted according to:
- the local authority,
- whether or not there is a private bathroom,
- a garden,
- the standard of the property,
- the number of people living in the house.
What data
A cross-analysis of over 150 manually verified listings from a wide range of sources: property listing platforms, estate agents and co-living operators. 22 areas covered: 9 neighbourhoods in Luxembourg City and 13 municipalities. Further areas will be added as the market develops.
This simulator provides information on market rents as at September 2026 (updated quarterly); it is not a substitute for checking that your property complies with the regulations, ensuring that the legal rent cap is observed, or carrying out an on-site inspection.
