Who are we?
Carole
Her ideal flatmate? The one from Cédric Klapisch’s film *L’Auberge Espagnole*, for those in the know!
As a student, she rented a room in a private home. Now an adult, she has set aside part of her house for students.
She is convinced that shared living can go some way towards addressing the housing shortage and loneliness, and is a fantastic springboard for starting a new life in a new country. Together with Zoran, she set up her first shared flat in Luxembourg in 2013, when nobody believed it would work. Since then, she has combined interior design with property management to optimise spaces, turning them into cosy homes for tenants and profitable investments for landlords.
Zoran
He has, as they say in Belgium, a brick in his stomach. At the age of 23, he set about building two off-plan properties entirely on his own, becoming a project manager out of necessity – and very quickly out of passion. He knows the site inside out, keeps an eye on everything, and is adept at coordinating the various trades to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
A skilled negotiator, he always strikes the right balance between cost and the quality of the finish, ensuring a result that makes no compromises.
A self-confessed perfectionist, he personally ensures that every property is kept in immaculate condition.
