It's been 10 years since we launched our 1st shared house Coloc Belvita, and we've welcomed dozens of young people from all over the world to start their working lives or pursue their studies in Luxembourg.

Our homes
Our homes are houses of character, which have a soul and are lovingly furnished to provide a cocoon for our young tenants.
Some sleepy but charming old houses have been given a new lease of life to welcome young expatriates coming to study or start their professional life in Luxembourg.
We create spaces to live and share, and take care of every detail to make our roommates feel at home.
Nothing is more rewarding for us than the "wow" effect our rooms have when tenants discover them.
More than that, we offer a real support service and make sure we're available for any questions they may have.
Each tenant is unique and will never be a number. Our homes are like small communities. We make sure they're comfortable, with a weekly cleaning service, large communal areas for socializing, board games and table soccer.
