OUR ROOMMATES, all of whom we choose and know personally, are young people with no other ambition than to have a quiet place to work and study.

HOMES are well maintained: we have a weekly cleaning service and we have a network of partners to intervene quickly in case of technical problems (plumbing, electricity,...). We visit homes regularly to make sure everything is going well, and keep in constant contact with the roommates. You can even come and see for yourself (which is not possible if you're renting to a family).
