In a very British club spirit, with its dark wood glazed cupboards, its hushed atmosphere. It has its own bathroom, with sink and shower.

A  17 m2 room, located on the first floor of the mansion.

The best exposed, with 2 windows overlooking 2 sides of the house.  Very rich in storage space, it has a chest of drawers and a shelf in addition to a large cupboard. It is our little favorite :-)

Room "The panoramic" - LOUEE

Decorated in a bohemian-chic style, it's cozy with its many pillows, rugs, plaids and bedspreads. The most spacious with 27 m2 and 3 windows. It has a sofa to watch TV comfortably. It is convertible, allowing to welcome punctually family or friends. There are also one table and 2 chairs, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle.​​​

The smallest but cutest. Bathed in light, there is a restful atmosphere.

Room equipped with a large dressing room, a double bed, a desk, and storage space. Bathroom shared with another person (female).

Our tenants' favourite: spacious with its 18 m2, it has its own bathroom and allows you to enjoy the nearby terrace.

The quietest room. Located at the end of the corridor, it allows you to be at the quiet. Spacious, it has its own sofa and a huge 3 m long wardrobe.

The most atypical. It has 2 distinct spaces: a bedroom part and an office part. Attic, it is very luminous with 3 skylights. It is also very generous in storage space.

The most exclusive. A true luxury suite, the 24 m2 room includes a lounge area. It has its own dressing room and private bathroom of 20 m2, making up a whole of more than 40 m2.

Studio with kitchen and private bathroom. Only the toilets have to be shared.

Only for students or young employees. Possible to register to the commune.​

Equipped with a double bed, TV, desk, wardrobe and kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster).

Located close to all shops and the train station, it offers easy access to direct buses to Belval and Kirchberg, as well as the train to Luxembourg City.

The Student Room - RENTED

Reserved for students (preferably interns staying for only a few months, or as a temporary solution while waiting to find something else).

Small 18 m² studio equipped with a double bed, TV, desk, worktop, wardrobe, private shower room and kitchenette (with fridge, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, but no sink - you must use the washbasin in the shower room).

The toilet is shared with another room, occupied by a female student.

Located close to all shops and the train station, it offers easy access to direct buses to Belval and Kirchberg, as well as the train to Luxembourg City.​
