Bedrooms

​All the rooms are different and tastefully decorated, so that roommates feel good there.

In this section you can consult the rooms currently available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information or to organise a visit.

Our conditions (unique in Luxembourg):

- no agency fees or hidden charges (no lease fees, check-in or check-out fees as in some agencies)

- deposit limited to 1500 euros (2 months rent elsewhere)

- payment of rent in proportion to the number of days occupied (not a full month as elsewhere)

- notice period of just 1 month (2 months elsewhere)

- permanent WhatsApp contact with us, should you need assistance or have any questions

- the guarantee that, in the event of a malfunction, we will come on site or call in a company to solve the problem

- charges that include everything, even hygiene and cleaning products

A  17 m2 room, located on the ground floor of the mansion.

In a very British club spirit, with its dark wood glazed cupboards, its hushed atmosphere. It has its own bathroom, with sink and shower.

A  17 m2 room, located on the first floor of the mansion.

The best exposed, with 2 windows overlooking 2 sides of the house.  Very rich in storage space, it has a chest of drawers and a shelf in addition to a large cupboard. It is our little favorite :-)

Room "The panoramic" - RENTED

Decorated in a bohemian-chic style, it's cozy with its many pillows, rugs, plaids and bedspreads. The most spacious with 27 m2 and 3 windows. It has a sofa to watch TV comfortably. It is convertible, allowing to welcome punctually family or friends. There are also one table and 2 chairs, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle.

The smallest but cutest. Bathed in light, there is a restful atmosphere.

Our tenants' favourite: spacious with its 18 m2, it has its own bathroom and allows you to enjoy the nearby terrace.

The quietest room. Located at the end of the corridor, it allows you to be at the quiet. Spacious, it has its own sofa and a huge 3 m long wardrobe.

The most atypical. It has 2 distinct spaces: a bedroom part and an office part. Attic, it is very luminous with 3 skylights. It is also very generous in storage space.

Room "The luxury suite" - RENTED

The most exclusive. A true luxury suite, the 24 m2 room includes a lounge area. It has its own dressing room and private bathroom of 20 m2, making up a whole of more than 40 m2.

The Studio - AVAILABLE ON THE 1ST OF NOVEMBER 2025

Studio with kitchen and private bathroom. Only the toilets have to be shared.

The studio is located on the second floor of our private house. We only share the entrance door and the stairs. The tenant does not have to pass through private areas.

Only for students.​

Equipped with a double bed, TV, desk, wardrobe and kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster).

Located close to all shops and the train station, it offers easy access to direct buses to Belval and Kirchberg, as well as the train to Luxembourg City.

The Student Room - AVAILABLE ON THE 1ST OF JANUARY 2025

Reserved for students (preferably interns staying for only a few months, or as a temporary solution while waiting to find something else).

Small 18 m² studio located on the 2nd floor of our house. The front door and stairwell are the only shared spaces.

Equipped with a double bed, TV, desk, worktop, wardrobe, private shower room and kitchenette (with fridge, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, but no sink - you must use the washbasin in the shower room).

The toilet is shared with another room, occupied by a female student.

Located close to all shops and the train station, it offers easy access to direct buses to Belval and Kirchberg, as well as the train to Luxembourg City.

Rent: €700 including all charges.

Duplex Paris - RENTED

Stunning 55 m2 duplex apartment in the heart of a lively neighbourhood, with numerous shops, bakeries, grocery stores, bars, restaurants at the foot of the building. The apartment overlooks a courtyard, so it's very quiet. 

Located at 15 mn from the center of Paris with RER A (5 mn walk from station Fontenay-sous-Bois). 

For nature-lovers, the Bois de Vincennes is a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment, renovated in 2022, has a ceiling height of 4 meters, which makes it very pleasant to live in. In this beautiful duplex, the bathroom and the bedroom are limited in height. Beware, 1.70 m height in these rooms. To be reserved for people who are not too tall!

Large living room / dining room, with a small desk, table for 4 people and storage space. Velvet sofa, convertible into a bed, coffee tables, Smart TV with Netflix access.

New kitchen with porcelain sink, cooktop and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and appliances (Nespresso, toaster, kettle,...).

The whole apartment has been decorated in the Art Deco style.
