We are 2 individuals, of French nationality, who have lived in Luxembourg for 20 years. We launched our first shared accommodation in 2013, when we realized that many young employees could not find accommodation because they did not meet the criteria of owners and real estate agencies (having a confirmed permanent contract, requiring 2 or even 3 months deposit and 1 month agency fees). We look after the houses as if they were our own, and we offer comfortable and well-equipped rooms as we would like our children, themselves studying abroad, to be able to find.
